VIBROACOUSTIC BREATHWORK

Reduce Stress • Improve Mood • Recover

What is Vibroacoustic Breathwork

This is for Anyone New to or Advanced in Breathwork

This is not just breathing, It is breath, binaural beats, vibration, and autonomic nervous system integrated into one coherent experience.

During the session, you lie on a vibroacoustic sound bed where low frequency vibrations travel directly into the body, synchronized with binaural beats and guided breathwork.

This allows:

- The body to release control more rapidly

- Deeper regulation of the nervous system

- Breath to anchor physically – not only mentally

The vibrations operate where language, intention, and willpower no longer reach.

Traditional breathwork sessions often require mental engagement to access the body, beyond the surreal mindset.

Vibroacoustic Breathwork reverses that dynamic: The body opens first, then the mind follows. As a result, many reach deeper states in a single session than they do after months of conventional breathwork.

When conscious breathing, music, and physical vibration unite you’ll enter a portal of deep transformation.

What To Expect

Your therapist will arrive at the scheduled appointment time and set up the vibroacoustic bed & equipment. Then we'll go over your intake to help decide what breathwork track will be best for that day's session and process your payment so you can remain relaxed after your session.

You will then lie down, fully clothed, on the specially designed table embedded with several transducers and be guided through a short relaxation exercise. This is done to improve and assist the effectiveness of your mind/body connection.

Then you'll put the headphones on, close your eyes, and follow the guided breathwork audio. Pillow, blanket, and eye coverings are available to ensure maximum comfort.

You will then enjoy your Vibroacoustic Breathwork session, ranging from 12 - 75 minutes (depending on which breathwork journey was chosen). The full length of your appointment (including intake, relaxation exercise, payment, session, post-session discussion) depends on session length but plan on approximately 30 - 90 minutes.

There is no need to prepare or perform — just allow the experience to unfold.

Breath, Sound, Frequency and the Nervous System

You will breathe in a continuous rhythm – inhale and exhale without pauses. This shifts your nervous system and opens a pathway to deep relaxation, emotional release, or expanded awareness.

You'll wear headphones throughout the session. Specially chosen audio tracks with guided breathwork and an immersive soundscape will support you at each stage, holding space, and guiding you deeper into the experience.

During the session the vibroacoustic bed will provide frequency vibrations directly into your body. The vibrations act as a grounding anchor, keeping you present and embodied.

What you walk away with:

- A reset nervous system – reduced stress, greater calm.

- Emotional release and clarity- feeling lighter and more open.

- A deep sense of embodiment and presence.

- Mental stillness and expanded awareness.

- Lasting integration – the benefits continue after session is done.

Who Is Mobile Vibroacoustic Breathwork Suitable For?

Almost anyone can do breathwork. It is a highly accessible practice for managing stress, improving focus, and relaxing. However, as with any therapy, there may be some potential risks or side effects to consider. These may include temporary changes in blood pressure, heart rate, or respiration, as well as temporary discomfort or pain.

Who it is NOT Suitable For

Breathwork is not a one-size-fits-all practice. For individuals with certain cardiovascular, respiratory, or severe psychological conditions, intense breathing techniques can trigger dangerous side effects like hyperventilation, cardiac stress, or emotional overwhelm.

They include:

  • Severe Cardiovascular Issues - High blood pressure (uncontrolled), heart disease, arrhythmias, or a history of aneurysms or strokes

  • Severe Respiratory Issues - Uncontrolled asthma or COPD

  • Pregnancy

  • Neurological or Eye Conditions - Epilepsy, a history of seizures, glaucoma, or a detached retina.

  • Recent Major Surgeries

  • Severe mental health conditions - anxiety, panic disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent hospitalization for psychiatric or addiction
