As the founder of Resounding Vibes Wellness, I combine evidence-informed nervous system coaching with the restorative effects of sound, vibration, breathwork, and somatic healing. My holistic approach supports women who have experienced anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or neurodivergence, guiding them to gently regulate their nervous systems and rediscover safety within their bodies.
I believe every healing journey is unique. There’s no single path — only your path. My role is to hold a safe, compassionate space for you to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover your natural rhythm of calm.


Alongside my professional training, my work is deeply informed by my own lived experience. I’ve navigated lifelong depression and anxiety, as well as complex PTSD resulting from domestic abuse and sexual trauma. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what it means to live in a body that has known both fear and healing. It's also given me a profound empathy for others on their own journey toward safety, calm, and self-connection.
Experiencing Vibroacoustic Therapy for the first time in 2024 was a turning point: not only did my pain disappear, but my mind felt clearer and calmer than it had in years. That experience inspired me to study sound and frequency healing and merge it with other modalities including energy work, holistic coaching, meditation, breathwork, and frequency training.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all — every person’s body and story are unique. My role is to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients can reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and move toward lasting well-being.

I've noticed that i don't need to do the vagal toning as often, but I'm continuing the somatics. I'm not as stressed, and when I am I'm able to let it go quickly.
