Bring the healing experience to you with mobile Vibroacoustic Therapy. I offer in-person sessions in the comfort of your own home or chosen space. Using a specially designed sound table that delivers gentle, low-frequency vibrations through the body, each session helps release tension, quiet the mind, and support deep nervous system regulation.
The combination of sound, vibration, and guided presence creates a deeply restorative experience that encourages your body to relax, your breath to slow, and your whole system to return to balance.
Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, anxiety, chronic pain, or simply craving a moment of stillness, these sessions offer a safe and nurturing space to rest, reset, and reconnect.


I will arrive at our scheduled appointment time and set up the sound table equipment. Then we'll go over your intake to help decide what frequency track will be best for that day's session, and then process your payment so you can remain relaxed after your session.
You will then be guided through a short breathing exercise as well as a contract/relax movement. This is done to improve and assist the effectiveness of your mind/body connection.
Then you'll lie down on a specially designed table embedded with several transducers, put the headphones on, close your eyes, and enjoy the journey. Pillow, blanket, and eye coverings are available to ensure maximum comfort.
You will then enjoy your Vibroacoustic Therapy session, ranging from 23 - 60 minutes (depending on which frequency track was chosen). The full length of your appointment (including intake, breath/movement, payment, session, post-session discussion) depends on session length but plan on approximately 60 - 90 minutes.
This is required before any single session or packages can be booked! We will complete a health intake to ensure VAT is for you and there are no contraindication. Some health conditions will disqualify you for service.
A single session is a great way to start or for an occasional tune up. Research shows best results occur with cumulative sessions for at least 8 - 12 weeks, with one to two sessions per week.
